Great location here, close to the city center and the outlet mall, just about 800 meters away. the staff is really friendly and know their stuff about the area. 🌟.

The staff at Het Arresthuis are exceptionally nice and consistently courteous. the restaurant for dinner is a nice plus. Nothing is too much trouble, strongly recommend it.

Amazingly nice staff, marvellous and fantastic location adjacent to the shops and the centre of Roermond which has plenty of shops and the magnificent shopping outlet. Nearby Proeflokaal de Graaf - great place to chill out. High quality food choices for breakfast: D

The hotel was fantastic, the staff warm and welcoming and the quality of the food outstanding. I was away for a full week in the Netherlands on a business trip staying in a different hotel each night and the Het Arresthuis was by far the best. I enjoyed it so much I am considering bringing my partner for the weekend to Roermond so we can stay and enjoy the hotel socially.

The location is very special and exceptionally nice, being very close to the Roermond outlet center, about 800 meters away. The deluxe double room is brand-new and of high quality.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is beautifully designed with architectural public spaces and great guest rooms. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I look forward to returning.

This place was probably the best stay we've had, with a great location just a short walk to the city center and a really nice restaurant for dinner.

Very attractive and quirky design hotel. Staff outstanding and the hotel being new was very clean and unworn.

Poor (no) in room information about facilities. No room service (despite being advertised). No ipod dock, despite being advertised. No information on the wellness facilities or fitness facilities (despite being advertised). No room in the restaurant even though I was a hotel guest. Could have dined out but rather defeated the purpose of the visit. Staff did find us a place in the bar which was kind but not as anticipated. Room overlooked on two sides by smoking area and terrace, thankfully it rained! A breath taking backdrop but an imperfect room. Although I am going to say I would not recommend this hotel I would maybe in another room.

The hotel has a wonderful and very central location near the motorways. the rooms are of high standard and squeaky clean, equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine and great snacks. the price for the stay is £109.

Strictly acting and totally not interested - in - guests - female senior management. The hotel senior management should behave like their service team is trained. Or at least join a training...
